The budget for this project is $45,000 divided into three phases:

Phase 1: Plumbing which will cost $15,000 and needs to be complete by August 1st, so the building can be used by the youth who will work on phases 2 and 3 (during the service week)

Phase 2: Replace the siding of the building (same as the other 2 modular buildings) which will cost $15,000
